Shortly before foster Hugo left us to move into his new home - we have been on the move again - all together! This time our Retrieve Training was the center of attention. For both of our hunting dogs, this has been great fun ;).
Never mind if it`s on land or in the water, if there is a dummy to find, neither Hugo nor Lennox will step back for one second ;) You just cant hold them back. They will run and swim for hours and hours! Just after 2,5 hours, they needed a short break. No wonder, it had been about 35 degrees in the shadow. So we found ourselves a freshly cut green field and had a short Wellness-break - for dogs and humans ;).
It was an awesome morning and a good end for Hugo`s time with us. In the meanwhile he is living with his new family in the middle of the bavarian forest and really enjoying his life again!
I am really happy that he found such a good new home! ;)
